Carmine’s made it’ s first West Coast location of New York City’s legendary family style Italian Restaurant in The Forum Shops at Caesars in Las Vegas.
The atmosphere in Carmine’s is warm and inviting and thousands of photographs line the walls. It is designed to remind you of eating Sunday dinner at grandma’s house or feasting at a big Italian wedding.
The restaurant has consistently served the same classic Southern Italian-style recipes for 23 years. Carmine’s is famous for its large portions, which are all served family-style and meant to be shared. Entrees can serve 3 — 5 people, so be sure to bring a group.
The 28,000-square-foot, two-story restaurant can seat more than 700 people and offers nine private dining rooms, which are well suited for parties, wedding receptions and rehearsal dinners. In fact, one room features a bridal room complete with a private restroom, sink, couch and television. The room also has a small outdoor terrace overlooking the Linq project on the Strip.
One of the perks of Carmine’s being in the Forum Shops are if your not done with your shopping, Carmines will hold your food for you in their refigerator.
