Chef John Simmons’ pan-Mediterranean tapas offerings are a welcome addition to the Las Vegas dining scene. Featured in Open Table, Urbanspoon, USA Today and the Las Vegas Review Journal, Firefly offers an eclectic and tremendous menu of small plates rooted in European cuisine. USA Today states “the menu is daunting because of its sheer size and even a group of four or six sharing can only make a small dent in the possibilities.” Firefly also offers a broad selection of cocktails and beers as well as a signature sangria that spends three days marinating in order to capture its signture flavor.
