Sushi Roku is a modern, elegant restaurant. Though located on the third floor of the Forum Shops, Sushi Roku is a lively change from the rest of the mall. Beautifully crafted woodwork gives Sushi Roku a mysterious, sensual feel.
Elevated platform, low-drifting booths create a see-and-be-seen atmosphere. Stalactite-like wood pillars protrude from the ceiling giving the restaurant a warm, grotto-like feel. Candles on the tables and muted wall back-lighting give Sushi Roku a soft-lit glow, perfect for a romantic night out with your significant.
Sushi Roku inside the Forum Shops at Caesars Palace offers one of the most extreme sushi options on the Strip. Not listed on the menu, The High Roll-er contains lobster, black truffles and Kobe beef and is topped with 24-carat gold leaf.
There is also a wide variety of sushi to choose from, including rolls like crab dynamite, baked crab, California roll and roku and roll, either hand rolled or cut. Additional choices include albacore, freshwater eel, mackerel, monkfish, jumbo clam, salmon and egg. Several kinds of tuna are offered. These offerings are done either sushi or sashimi style.
This unique culinary experience that bridges past and present is the result of an eagerness to embrace new ideas and a profound respect for tradition.
