Dear Michael,

On behalf of the Henderson Community Foundation, we would like to express our gratitude to you for your generous gift of $380, for the Golf Team Sponsorship which we received on 6/2/2014. This gift will enable the Henderson Police Department Honor Guard to carry out its charitable and educational purposes as determined by its agreement with the Henderson Community Foundation. Please consider this letter as a receipt of your charitable donation. Additionally, no consideration was received in exchange for this donation.

It is through support of people like you that we are able to assist persons in need of our Henderson Community. As you know, we are an organization solely committed to providing resources and support to improve health, education, and quality of life in this community. We have many plans for the future of our organization and hope we can count on your continued support.

Yesterday’s $1 Million in 1 Day Challenge in support of Making Strides Against Breast Cancer was a great success and it’s because of dedicated supporters like you. We set out to make a big impact, and the response was incredible.

Thanks to your fundraising efforts, we kicked off National Breast Cancer Awareness Month with a bang by raising more than $550,000 online in the fight to end breast cancer! Although, we did not raise $1 million the impact is huge.

We’re on a roll now and ready to celebrate incredible support. Silence won’t finish the fight; only action will. Be sure to thank everyone who made a donation yesterday and follow up with anyone who didn’t they still have plenty of time to make a donation. Simply log on to your My Strides Dashboard [2] and send a thank you message to your friends, family and co-workers that supported you with a donation.

Thank you again for your passion, participation, and for getting us one step closer to a world without breast cancer.

Hello. My name is Felicity Bowen. A couple of days ago you had handed my mother one of your cards whilst in Boulder City at a restaurant. You had commented on her breast cancer awareness tattoo on her neck. During which, you stated that your group would be coming to Boulder City, NV in October to do free mammograms, or something to that effect. What I wanted to know was, when, and how would I and my fiance go about getting such a thing. You see, my fiances mother had breast cancer, so I am scared that she may get it. We cant afford a mammogram as we make next to nothing. I don’t know what this group is capable of, but I would do anything for my fiance, and I figured, maybe touching base with you may help.

Thank you for reading this.

I met Mr. Brock when I was doing a benefit for a very good friend who had dealt with, and beaten breast cancer, and was recently dealing with terminal bone cancer. He opened his arms to my cause. He donated shirts, hats, and his own money for her cause. All of this without ever having met my friend. When all was said and done, he asked me what I “as a person” needed. I told him that my classroom could use a computer that worked for my smart board. Without a though he bought me the technology that is today benefiting over 150 students. I can’t thank Mr. Brock and his charity enough.

Dear Pinkmail.org,

I want to say thank you so very much for sponsoring me on my running events. I truly appreciate all the support you have provided. I am honored to wear your logo as you are supporting a wonderful cause. My aunt passed away from breast cancer and it means a lot for you to be the one I’m flashing around every time I run. She is the one that I run for and the one that motivates me to help save others. Once again thank you.

Very respectfully,

Amber N. Sonday

Hi Michael,

This is Darby Fox, red haired, pin up gal; we met at Pole Position back in May, and again at Art n Ink last month. Previously, we had discussed the organization that I am a part of here in Nevada, Pin Ups for Patriots. We are currently looking for sponsors on both a national and local level. Since your business can connect to people worldwide, I felt this could be an ideal group to sponsor to spread your company name.

In the hopes that you might be interesting in such a partnering, I have attached our sponsorship packet that outlines our organizations history, and mission, as well as the different sponsorship levels available. If you have any questions, I am available via email or at 702-690-6619. I hope to hear from you!

Thank you for supporting our troops!
